This is my design for the character of Horace Walpole's ghost. I had originally done some rough sketches where his costume was a lot more broken down, with less harsh lines, however it was requested that he was merely dressed in high class period clothing rather than being rough around the edges, because this would not reflect his status well enough. I liked the idea of a stripey waistcoat, in a good quality thin wool. The breeches should be a washed out blue/grey and the shirt an off- white. Horace would also be wearing stockings and buckled shoes.
